The Journey Behind the Guide...
I have always had a deep desire to help people and contribute to a better world. That calling led me into years of working in developing countries, supporting youth at risk and adults with developmental challenges, as well as launching the Good Deeds Project, a kindness-based suicide prevention initiative. The work was meaningful, but I continued to search for what creates real and lasting change.
For nearly two decades, I walked two parallel paths: studying the science of human behaviour and exploring ancient spiritual wisdom. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I spent 20 years examining the mind, emotions, and the patterns that shape human experience. My curiosity took me across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia, learning from master teachers and diverse traditions. I trained in Reiki, became a Kundalini Yoga teacher, studied with Tony Robbins, and worked with shamanic teachings in Peru. I explored everything I could to understand the human journey.
Everything changed when I found the Modern Mystery School and the ancient Lineage of King Salomon. The Hermetic teachings, Universal Kabbalah, and the Path of Know Thyself provided the foundation I did not realize I was missing. Through this path, I experienced profound healing, clarity, and joy, and watched countless others transform as well.
Today my work is to share tools of transformation. I help people awaken their potential, activate deeper aspects of themselves, and live from a grounded, empowered, and joyful state of being. Happiness is no longer something I chase; instead I have learned to embody joy. From that state of peace, we can create lives of meaning and contribute to the world we all want to live in. After many years of searching for what truly works, I now dedicate my life to sharing it with others.

I spent years trying to understand the mind and outsmart the mind. I even taught people how to do the same. Yet no matter how much clarity we gain, the mind always has limits. It can analyze, rationalize, and strategize, but it cannot create lasting transformation by itself.
Operating solely from the mind is like riding a roller coaster: there is an illusion of constant motion, yet in reality it doesn't really go anywhere. We loop through the same patterns, beliefs and emotions, never accessing the higher awareness needed to create true change.
As Albert Einstein famously said:
“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.”
