For nearly 20 years, I worked as a Registered Psychotherapist, exploring the brain, emotions, and the patterns that shape human behaviour. My curiosity about what truly makes people happy led me across the world, studying with teachers from diverse traditions, becoming a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and training with leaders like Tony Robbins. I spent years supporting clients in understanding their emotions, reframing their thinking, and transforming the way they experienced their lives.

At the same time, I was walking a powerful spiritual path through the ancient Lineage of King Salomon; a tradition that has supported humanity for over 3,000 years. These tools and teachings transformed every area of my life, both inside and out. When I began sharing them with others, I witnessed the same transformations repeat themselves again and again and again!

What I discovered is this: you cannot think your way to joy.
